Shipping

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.

All orders are shipped from our warehouses in Tennessee and Alabama. Once we get your order it will be processed within approximately 24 hours on business days. Orders received on Fridays or weekends are processed the following Monday, excluding holidays. Shipments are mostly ground with delivery time estimated at approximately 5 – 7 business days. We ship to physical street addresses only (no P.O. Box, please).

Free sample shipment

 Samples are shipped at no charge to a physical street address in the 48 contiguous United States via USPO ground service.

Shipping cost

Our prices include the shipping cost by ground (Freight Prepaid by vendor) to your physical street address and sales tax in the 48 contiguous United States. Overnight or second-day delivery service is not available unless exceptionally agreed case by case. Surcharges may apply.

When will I receive my order?

While we are unable to guarantee an exact arrival date, you should typically receive your shipment within 8 – 9 business days after your order was placed. Please understand that MotelbnbHotel has no control over the carrier’s performance and the actual delivery date. You have our total commitment that every effort is made to choose and keep reliable carriers only.

My order shows delivered but I have not received it.

Occasionally carriers will scan an order as delivered before it is delivered. We recommend that you check to make sure the package has not been left with a different party, i.e. neighbor, management office, or business. Typically, an order will show up no later than after 8 – 9 business days. Please report any irregularity or missing shipment immediately.

International shipping

MotelbnbHotel does not ship to addresses outside of the 48 contiguous United States.

PLEASE HELP TO AVOID WRONG DELIVERY OR LOST PACKAGES

Entering the correct shipping address is crucial for a seamless transaction. MotelbnbHotel cannot be responsible for lost packages or items due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses. The address you enter at checkout is the address that is used on the shipping label. Please ascertain accuracy. We are not liable for packages that are delivered to the correct address and go missing or are stolen after delivery. Should we receive a returned package, we will resend your order at no extra cost to you or refund the total amount of your order.

If you have not received your order, please notify us within 25 calendar days after the order date. We will not accept claims for missing packages or items after that date.
