Product Return & Refund

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or defective product, we will be happy to replace every damaged or defective item free of charge or issue a prompt refund. Please inspect all products upon receipt and report any issue within ten (10) calendar days. We request the corresponding Purchase Order or Invoice Number, and a descriptive digital picture at [email protected]. We will contact you promptly after receiving the relevant claim details.  If you opt for a full refund of the purchase cost, this can be done by credit in line with the original payment method, store credit, or exchange for another product as you prefer.
